Jesus & Isaac. - Twin brothers.
One is a chef, the other a sommelier.
Two lives, two personalities, two paths.
Young but far from inexperienced. They have both worked and been trained in some of the well renowned places in Spain as well as in the UK.
After visiting places around the globe to widen their knowledge about the culinary world, they returned to Menorca, where they were born, where they grew up together, building sand castles and mudpies under the hot Mediterranean sun. -This time seeing their homeland in a whole different light - full of opportunities that its green fields, its turquoise waters, their culture and its people has to offer.
They joined to embrace a new path together and not long after came along their sister Marry.
